Meet Clarity: the HRM for everything between hiring and resignation

HRM - Tools for HR, Pyroll, Attendence, Leaves WFH Requests, Resignation and everything else.

Most companies don't have an HR problem. They have an HR-tools problem. Attendance lives in one app, leave requests in another, payroll in a third, performance reviews in a spreadsheet someone half-finished in 2024, and project work in some other place entirely. By the time you've stitched it all together, you can't actually answer the questions that matter: who's working on what, who's underwater, who's due for a review, who's about to hit their leave cap.

Clarity is our in-house HRM, built to put the whole employee lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, work, attendance, performance, payroll, assets, exit — into one calm interface. One login. One source of truth. No tab-juggling.

Here's a tour.

A dashboard that respects your time

Open Clarity and you land on a personal dashboard, not a generic admin console. The greeting is by name. The day's clock-in state is right there: 1:30 PM · Currently working. Your leave balances are visible at a glance — casual, medical, paternity, annual — without digging through a menu.

Below that, your work-time chart for the current month: bar per day, target line at 8 hours, color-coded so a glance tells you which days were full, which were half, and which never happened. Your pending requests, your team's birthdays, and your queue all sit one scroll away.

It's the difference between "where do I file this?" and "I already know where I stand."

Attendance and time tracking, the way remote teams actually work

Clarity bundles a desktop monitor app — available for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows, and Linux. It tracks activity, captures screenshots, and logs work time directly from each teammate's machine. No browser-tab fudging, no manual timesheets, no asking people to "remember to clock in."

That feeds the Attendance module: clock-in times, work-hour totals, day-level coverage. Managers stop guessing whether a remote team is actually working their hours; teammates stop having to defend that they are.

For organizations that don't want screen tracking, the desktop app is optional — attendance can be marked through the web app alone. The point is to give teams a real choice, not to force one workflow onto everyone.

Leaves and reimbursements, without the back-and-forth

Leaves handles every category your policy supports — casual, medical, paternity, annual, and anything custom you add. Balances and accruals are visible on the dashboard. Requests go to the right approver. Approved leave shows up automatically in the attendance view, so a manager looking at someone's "missing" Tuesday doesn't need to chase a leave note to confirm what happened.

Reimbursements lives next to leaves for the same reason: it's another small, recurring transaction between employee and company that gets fumbled when it lives in email. Submit, approve, paid. Done.

Performance: KPIs, OKRs, and Appraisals — connected

Most HR tools treat performance as a once-a-year ritual. Clarity treats it as three layers of the same thing:

  • KPIs for the operational numbers each role is responsible for.
  • OKRs for the bigger directional bets a team is making.
  • Appraisals for the periodic conversation that ties it all together.

Because all three live in the same product as attendance, work history, and project assignments, an appraisal isn't an act of memory. The evidence is already there.

Projects and My Work: an HRM that knows what people actually do

This is the part most HRMs miss.

Clarity includes Projects and My Work modules — actual lightweight work management, not just a "job title" field. You can see who's assigned to what, what's open on someone's plate, and what got shipped. That changes the kinds of questions an HRM can answer. Instead of "did Sarah show up?" you can ask "what did Sarah actually move forward this month?" Instead of stitching together Jira, Slack, and a spreadsheet to prep an appraisal, the work history is already in the same place as the review form.

It's HR with a memory of work, not just attendance.

The full employee lifecycle, in one app

The rest of the sidebar covers everything else a People function actually needs to operate:

  • People — the directory and personnel records.
  • Hiring — open roles, candidates, pipeline.
  • Onboarding — structured first-days, checklists, document collection.
  • Payroll — salaries, payslips, runs.
  • Assets — who has which laptop, phone, or piece of equipment.
  • Resignations — exit workflows, handover, offboarding.
  • Screen Tracking — the admin view of the desktop monitor data.

That's intentional. The cost of a fragmented HR stack isn't the per-seat price of five separate tools — it's the operational tax of every handoff between them. Clarity removes the handoffs.

What makes Clarity different

A few opinions built into the product:

  1. The full lifecycle in one place. Hire to exit. Day one to day last. No "for that, we use a different app."
  2. Work belongs in the HRM. If you can see attendance but not output, you only see half the picture.
  3. Tracking is a choice, not a mandate. Desktop monitor is opt-in by platform; teams that want lighter-touch attendance can have it.
  4. Calm UI beats feature dump. Dashboards tell you what you need to know. The rest is one click away when you want it.
  5. Built by a team that uses it. Clarity runs our own company. Every rough edge is one we feel — and fix — first.

In short

If your team is paying for an HRIS, a separate time tracker, a separate performance tool, a separate hiring tool, and patching it all together with spreadsheets — Clarity replaces the stack. One product, one login, the full picture.

We use it every day to run our own company. We built it because nothing else on the market made sense for how we actually work.
